We are sad to report the death last week of Roger Lea. He was our founder and Chairman and remained so right to the end.
He is seen on the left in this photograph with Councillor Keith Ward, receiving the Good Citizen's award in 2017.
Roger will be known to 'Observer' newspaper readers for his weekly history column and range of local history books.
He will be greatly missed.
